Foo Fighters, Queen Drummers May Partner for Tour

Roger Taylor, who for nearly 40 years has served as the drummer for legendary rock band Queen, has said he may be teaming up with Foo Fighters drummer Taylor Hawkins in the near future.

Taylor, who last collaborated with the Dave Grohl-fronted band when they covered "39" at London's O2 Arena in 2007, hinted a tour could be in the works.

"I've been thinking about doing a tour next year - a very quick tour - with Taylor Hawkins from the Foo Fighters," he told BBC 6 Music. "He’s like one of my best blood brothers! So we might do that. That sounds like fun. He's awesome. I love him. He's got such a great, open approach to life."

Taylor will release his first solo effort in 23 years on November 23rd, a single called "The Unblinking Eye (Everything Is Broken)."
